Can I return an item?
In case your garment is not the one you require, it is possible to exchange it, taking into consideration the price difference.
Due to the policies of PESA Uniformes, it is not possible to return all or part of your purchase.
How can I change a garment?
You must go to the PESA Uniformes store with your purchase receipt and the new garments still labeled, where you can select the garment you require by size, color or category.
How can I return an item if I don't have the ticket?
It is necessary to go to the corresponding store with your online purchase sheet. The exchange will be made only if the garments are new and still labeled.
Where can my order go?
To one of our physical stores or to the address you indicate, either from your home, work or, whichever you prefer.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary according to the type of shipment:
- Store delivery: same day or next business day, subject to availability of the garment.
- Home delivery: 3 to 5 working days, subject to availability of the garment.
Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?
Yes, in the payment process you can indicate different addresses for shipping and billing.
What messages will I receive about the status of my order?
- E-mail confirmation of your order, at the time your order is placed.
- Shipping confirmation e-mail, when your order leaves our warehouse to the destination you have indicated.
- Delivery confirmation e-mail, when your order is delivered to the specified address.
In the case of store delivery, we will send you an e-mail as soon as your order has arrived at the store, so that you can pick it up during store hours.
If I requested delivery of my order in the store, who do I ask for the package?
You can request your package from the store manager with the purchase sheet number and an official ID.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier will deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the parcel service will leave you a note confirming the attempt and will contact you to set a new delivery date. If you wish, you can also contact the delivery company when you receive the note.
